Notice is hereby given that the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday 28 November at 2.30pm. The event is being held in a hybrid format, both online (through Zoom) and in-person at Central Station, Wharfdale Road, London.
Details of how to register and then join the meeting will be sent to members by email in due course shortly, along with information on how to appoint a proxy. This will also include the link for registering a question.
At Central Station the meeting will take place in the upstairs room. We are conscious that there is no lift available and apologise that the meeting is not fully accessible. However, in holding the meeting in a hybrid format we can ensure that anyone who wants to join is able to do so.
