Eurovision You Decide back for 2018

The BBC have announced that the UK national final, Eurovision You Decide, will take place on Wednesday 7th February.

And, in a nice nod to Eurovision history, the show will take place at the Brighton Dome, the venue where Abba stormed to victory with Waterloo back in 1974.

The show will be hosted once again by Mel Giedroyc, and she’ll be joined this year by none other than 2015 winner Måns Zelmerlöw.

The show will be broadcast live on BBC Two, and tickets are available here.

Once again, OGAE UK has been involved in the selection process, with a panel of fans shortlisting the songs sent in through the public submission. Thank you to everyone who applied to take part – we’re just sorry we couldn’t get more people on the panel! Hopefully our involvement will continue next year.
