Fans hit Manchester for Eurovision party

The latest addition to the UK Eurovision party circuit, UK Calling, headed to Manchester last month for its latest fun-packed Eurovision party.

Launched and run by Bristol based DJ Jason D’Arcy, UK Calling features the best in Eurovision party music, plus of course the all important live singers.

Manchester is no stranger to Eurovision parties, but it was still a packed out night at Tribeca (although bottles of wine at less than £7 proved lethal for some).

Not one but two live acts graced the stage, for two well-received and varied sets.

First up was Adam King, a member of the UK fan community (and of course an OGAE UK member), but also a powerful singer in his own right, having won Eurostars at last year’s Eurobash in Birmingham. He was followed on stage by the charismatic Ray Caruana, who as the lead singer of Live Report took the silver medal for the UK back in 1989.

We look forward to the next stop on the UK Calling tour!
