We are the UK’s largest Eurovision fan club and a member of OGAE International, the umbrella organisation that includes 45 individual OGAE national clubs with a total membership of over 10,000 spread across the entire globe.
The club’s primary objective is to promote interest in the past, present and future of the Eurovision Song Contest – the world’s largest and most popular music television event. We also aim to provide members with opportunities to learn more about the contest, to interact with each other at various Eurovision themed events, and to access a number of exclusive member benefits such as merchandise and event discount offers etc.
We were established more than 25 years ago and now have over 1000 members right across the UK and beyond. We produce our magazine, Vision, four times each year, providing Eurovision news and reviews. We also produce periodic email updates with details of news and upcoming ESC-themed events both at home and in Europe.
We hold our annual general meeting in October/November each year, and also arrange a members’ get together in the ESC host city during Eurovision week. In recent years we have also arranged events for members around the time of the UK national selection show.
We maintain our website, Facebook and Twitter accounts in order to communicate with members as well as a more general audience of people interested in the ESC.
The magazine is produced by a team of volunteers who give up their time for nothing. Similarly, the club committee is made up of volunteers elected by the members.
